The position of the targets has been noted in the lower left of the plotting sheet at 01:00.
Plot the targets and check to see if the positions are the same as shown.
Next, plot a vector on each target representing your own ship's course and speed which is noted in the upper left. This is a 6 minute plot so the vector length will be 1/10 your ships speed.
Label your own ship vectors Te towards R. Use the same R as the targets.
